SIRUBA VC008 4 & 12 Needle Machines

Multi-Needle Double Chainstitch Machine with rear puller (and front elastic metering device on some subclasses) predominently used as 4 needle for Waistbands using Bonidex Type Elastics. Also used in various gauge settings for attatching Stripes to Sportswear. We actually manufacture a special Presser Foot for ADIDAS work.
Subclasses include Pleating for Curtains and Nets,  Pin-Tucking, Waistband Attatching to Skirts, Chino's, Jeans and Workwear.
Our most popular gauge sizes in 4 needle configuration are 1" & 1-1/4" equal spacing and 1/4-1/2-1/4" offset needle gauge for corded waistbands.  We also have available all other combinations.

12 needle Double Chainstitch Cylinder Arm Machine with Rear Puller. Choice of Toothed or Plain Roller to suit Application.
Front Mechanical Elastic Metering Device is fitted as Standard to many Variants or can be added at a later time.
